Updates, Green Homes Grant Success & Looking to the Future

We’re very pleased to be able to share the latest addition to our website – our News Page! Through this new area we’ll be sharing a variety of updates on our work as well as useful information to help spread the word about funding schemes that are available on measures we install.

This year at Interglow we’ve continued to have great success working to install a wide range of energy efficiency measures and support our customers across the UK. We’re proud to have continued to maintain our great level of service and quality despite all of the challenges thrown at us and we’re extremely proud of the effort put in by all of our teams and partners.

Green Homes Grant Voucher Scheme

As a Trustmark approved installer, we’ve continued to work hard throughout the year to support homeowners that successfully applied for the government Green Homes Grant scheme.  While unfortunately the scheme closed for applications after the 31^st March, we’ve helped customers across the region get cavity wall insulation and external wall insulation carried out their properties before their vouchers expire.

As many of you reading will be aware, wholesale gas prices have recently been rising quickly and this has a huge knock-on effect of the cost of energy. With energy and heating bills set to rise further in the coming months the benefits of insulation are greater than ever in helping to save money over the long term.

Around a third of the heat from your property can be lost through your walls so insulation is a fantastic option to help keep your home warmer and bring those heating bills down. As a specialist installer of wall insulation for both cavity walls and solid walls, our team is on hand and ready to assist to help and support any questions or get the survey process started for you.

Looking to the Future

Throughout the coming months we’ll be sharing all kinds of updates and details around insulation as well as new funding schemes to help save money on your installation costs. We’ll also be sharing some useful tips to help you save energy and stay informed about the best ways to improve your home.

Our position as a full qualified PAS2030 and PAS2035 installer also helps us support retrofit work for our customers and throughout the wider industry. We look forward to continuing to bring up standards with great quality work across the UK!
